I had a really delicate case which was looked after by Feroz and Ilyas, who wrote me a fantastic letter to help keep my licence. I was well guided by Feroz in what to do regarding my licence. The issue was overturned due to good background work, care and dedication and I managed to keep my licence. This is a work matter for TfL.
